A Message from Our Wedding Planner
Hello Family and Friends of Alex and Nick,
My name is Jennifer Corrigan. I am assisting Alex and Nick in coordinating the wedding and travel arrangements for their Destination wedding in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic on October 26, 2025 at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana.
I wanted to write a letter to all of you to say hello and also to help you with questions you may have on how to make a room reservation in our system in the group room block.
The wedding is 18 months away and this time will go by quickly. Alex and Nick have set aside a block of rooms under a wedding group rate for you. Please take a few moments to go through this page making sure to read the Booking Considerations for each section below.
I know that Alex and Nick are very excited to share this special celebration with all of you and I hope that all of you will be there to join them.

Room Booking Instructions
- 1Click on Book Room(s) button below
- 2Click Find Wedding
- 3Register as a new user with your name and password. You can use this info in the future to log in again. This will bring you to the Room Booking page where you can read about the resort, rooms and pricing.
- 4Enter in your information here.
- 5Click Send
- 6Fill in the Credit Card Authorization form
IMPORTANT:
YOU MUST COMPLETE THIS FOR ME TO BOOK AND GET YOUR ROOM CONFIRMATION!
I will process the booking and send you a confirmation invoice within 24-48 hours. If this occurs over a weekend, I will process things for you on Monday.
If you have any special requests, place that in the comment box when making the reservation and I will get back to you or make note of it when submitting the rooming list for the hotel.
Flights
Hotel rates DO NOT INCLUDE AIRFARE
Flights may not yet be available for your travel dates at the time you book your hotel room.
Airlines generally release flights around 11 months ahead of time.
Different airlines may release flights +/- a few weeks so keep an eye out for when your airline of choice releases flights for your travel dates. You can look at flights for this year (October 2024) to get an idea of pricing and times that may be available.

Once you have secured your airline tickets, please forward over that information to me, jcorrigan@destinationweddings.com, so I can set up your airport transfers for you
Airport Transportation
Guests Booked in Our Room Block
Transportation to and from Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana is included in your stay and will be coordinated by Jennifer. After booking, please send your flight information to Jennifer, jcorrigan@destinationweddings.com, or she will reach out to you for this information.
Guests Not Booked in Our Room Block
Transportation to and from Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana will need to be coordinated by you.
